Rep. Cameron Cooper is serving his fourth term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 57, which includes portions of White, Lonoke, and Faulkner Counties.
For the 95th General Assembly, Rep. Cooper serves on the House Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Development Committee; the House Public Health, Welfare, and Labor Committee; and the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee.
Rep. Cooper is a Behavioral Health Consultant at Pathfinder, Inc. He also owns and operates two small businesses, Cooper Farm and Cooper Lawn Care.
Rep. Cooper previously served as a White County Justice of the Peace for seven terms, from 2005 to 2018.
He earned an Associate of Arts degree from Arkansas State University–Beebe, a Bachelor of Social Work from Harding University, and a Master of Science in Education from Harding University.
Rep. Cooper has been a member and involved in the 2nd Amendment Foundation, Gun Owners of America, the National Rifle Association, the National Wild Turkey Federation, Growing Minds Homeschool Co-Op in White County, Cabot Christian Homeschool Co-Op, the White County 4-H Steering Committee, the White County Farm Bureau, and the White County Cattleman’s Association.
